Processing Times
Thank you for your order! Each item in our shop is made to order, which means your product is created specifically for you after your purchase is placed.
Please allow 3-5 days for production before your order ships.
During holidays, sales, or peak ordering periods, production times may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience while your item is carefully prepared.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been produced and shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Estimated shipping times are:

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside of our control.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been shipped.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are unable to guarantee address changes after an order has entered production.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier.
We are happy to assist with contacting the carrier when possible, but we are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or incorrectly delivered after being marked as delivered.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will review the situation and work with you to find the best solution.
