Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery if there is a problem with your order, such as:

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include your order number along with photos showing the issue. This helps us quickly review your request and find the best solution.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection

• Change of mind

• Personal preference regarding color, fit, or design

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Please review product descriptions, size charts, and available options carefully before placing your order.

Return Approval

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for the next steps. Items must be returned in their original condition.

If your item is approved for return due to an error or defect, we will work with you to provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders begin processing quickly after purchase, changes or cancellations must be requested as soon as possible. Once production has started, we may not be able to make changes to your order.
